How to order a repeat prescription
Burbage Surgery is a dispensing practice which means we can dispense your medication from here.
Please order your repeat prescriptions via our online system or the NHS App. We no longer take requests over the phone. Please speak to a member of staff for more information.
If you have registered for online access then please clink link below to get your prescription online
If you have not registered for this service, a member of staff will be happy to assist you setting up access. Please come in to the surgery to collect a user login and password to activate your online account.
Please allow 4 days, excluding weekends and Bank Holidays, for your request to be processed. Any problems please telephone the surgery.
Prescription charges
The NHS prescription charges apply to England only. These are:
- Prescription (per item): £9.90
- 12-month prepayment certificate (PPC): £114.50
- 3-month PPC: £32.05
- 1 year prepayment for HRT: £19.80
